Theranostics Program Manager

Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning, operational, financial, and business oversight of theranostic services throughout the health system including James and non-James locations
Works collaboratively with physician leadership, medical directors, Director of Radiology, Director of Nursing, and Senior leaders to ensure provision of high-quality patient care while insuring the financial viability of the service line and the hospital
Develops, aligns, and operationalizes the James clinical, academic, and research activities to support the overall cancer strategic plan and goals initiatives through interdisciplinary collaboration
Provides leadership for the development, implementation, and expansion of theranostic services
Integrates multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives innovation in molecular imaging and targeted therapies
Collaborates with physician leaders, medical directors, and senior administrators to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining financial sustainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiologic Sciences, Pharmacy, or healthcare related field (required)
6 years of relevant experience (required)
Certification/Licensure in one or more of the following preferred: CNMT, ARRT(N), Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), Nuclear Pharmacist, Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR Appropriate certifications for background and field of study
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA in Healthcare Management, Radiopharmacy, or similar field (preferred)
2+ years of leadership or management experience in a hospital or clinical setting. (preferred)
Direct experience with theranostics or radiopharmaceutical therapies (e.g., Lu-177, Ga-68, I-131) is highly preferred
