Responsibilities

Operate high‑volume digital printing equipment, inserters, folders, postage meters, and related machinery
Prepare, format, and process print files according to customer specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, print clarity, and proper formatting
Monitor production schedules to ensure all print jobs are completed on time
Conduct routine equipment maintenance and coordinate service when needed
Execute high‑volume mail runs including addressing, sorting, inserting, folding, and metering
Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and mailing standards
Prepare daily/weekly postal reports, manifests, and documentation
Manage inventory of mailroom and print supplies (ink, toner, paper, envelopes)
Serve as the primary point of contact for print and mail service requests
Collaborate closely with customers to clarify job requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
Resolve issues quickly and professionally, providing updates on job status when needed
Assist with estimating job costs and communicating timelines
Maintain accurate logs of production jobs, machine usage, and error reports
Track and document job completion, materials used, and postage expenses
Follow all company policies related to data privacy, confidentiality, and security

Required

2+ years of experience in a high-volume print and mail environment
Strong knowledge of digital printing systems (e.g., Ricoh, Canon, Xerox) and mailing equipment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and print management software
Ability to lift boxes of paper and mail trays (up to 40 lbs)
Familiarity with USPS mailing practices and postal regulations preferred

Preferred

Experience with variable data printing (VDP)
Knowledge of job ticketing systems or workflow tools
Background in fast-paced service or operations environments
