Responsibilities
Lead automation and feature testing of industry-leading routers and switches to elevate Cisco’s data center solutions
Design and implement robust test frameworks to ensure product quality and rapid deployment
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in both manual and automated test environments to optimize network performance
Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices to accelerate release cycles and ensure consistent delivery of new features
Deliver high-impact results that directly influence the future of data center networking and shape overall team success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance for data center technologies
Experience with programming and scripting using C/C++, Python, and/or Java
Experience with Python automation in CI/CD environments, including exposure to Git
QA, testing, and debugging data center devices and troubleshooting network environments
Preferred
CCNA or CCIE certification (Data Center, Networking, or Switching focus)
Experience with Layer2/Layer3/Multicast networking technologies
Hands-on experience with data center technologies such as servers, virtualization, and networking
Knowledge of Linux, networking concepts, operating system fundamentals, embedded development, and/or machine learning
Experience setting up and configuring data center hardware, including Cisco Nexus switches and Selenium WebDriver
AI/ML Network Fabric Testing, congestion management and congestion avoidance using PFC/ECN
