Responsibilities
Analytically prepares records, statistics, and reports regarding outside plant functions
Examines project documentation related to outside plant functions. Ensures data completeness and accuracy
Provides support to engineering and Field Services construction personnel by collecting and verifying data required to complete outside plant engineering and construction tasks
Maintains data integrity of certain outside plant related tools
Evaluates and recommends changes in method and procedures in assigned area of responsibility
Provides coaching and mentoring to peers and assists with onboarding
Performs rudimentary office administrative functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
4+ years job costing or cost analysis experience within any of the following disciplines: construction, engineering, or project management
Preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Strong data analysis experience
Telecommunications experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and GIS, and the ability to learn new tools as they are deployed
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision
SAP experience/knowledge preferred
Ariba experience/knowledge preferred
Project Management experience/exposure
