Field IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

Provide hands on support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across field and distribution environments
Install, configure, and maintain end user devices such as desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, and peripheral equipment
Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products, escalating complex issues as needed
Assist with infrastructure related equipment including servers, network devices, and operational technology under the guidance of centralized IT teams
Partner with operations leaders, vendors, and Home Office IT teams to support technology deployments, resolve incidents, and reduce operational downtime
Maintain documentation and follow established standards to ensure consistency and reliability across supported locations

Required

Hands on IT professional who thrives in fast paced, mission critical environments
Provide hands on support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across field and distribution environments

Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products, escalating complex issues as needed
