Responsibilities
Partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee to align people strategies with business goals
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training
Provide guidance to department leaders on performance management, coaching, and team development
Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives that support a positive workplace environment
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Manage benefits administration, HR systems, and payroll coordination
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters, maintaining fairness and consistency
Support workforce planning and hiring needs in line with operational requirements
Qualification
Required
Human Resources leadership experience within hospitality or service-driven environments
Experience in non-union workplaces
Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and HR best practices
