Responsibilities

Own the daily and weekly scheduling process for multiple client sites, ensuring consistent and reliable coverage
Evaluate attendance trends, availability, and staffing needs to proactively address gaps
Communicate expectations and scheduling updates clearly with field staff and internal leadership
Respond decisively to call-offs and last-minute changes while maintaining operational standards
Maintain accurate and compliant scheduling records within company systems
Utilize Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to track priorities, document decisions, and manage workflow
Work closely with management and Hiring/Recruitment to support staffing strategy and workforce planning
Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards in all interactions

Required

1–3 years of experience in high-volume scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google applications, and Outlook

Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to influence cooperation across teams
Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced operational setting
