Responsibilities
Participate in the CXR Pathway Program, including:
Introduction to licensing with paid study time
Foundational training and proficiency
Completion of licensing
Registered Representative training and proficiency
Transition into team alignment and production, which includes:
Delivering an outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone
Acting as the voice of the customer by identifying and sharing feedback for service improvements
Growing financial services expertise and developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts
Qualification
Required
Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving support environment
Ability to embrace skill development through coaching, feedback, and goal setting
Commitment and resilience to achieve licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks
Strong independent judgment, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer support
Comfort providing support across channels including phone and written formats
Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver outstanding service
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in financial services
Existing FINRA SIE license
Prior experience in customer support
