Project Coordinator
Crew is a company focused on helping clients achieve change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency. They are seeking a Project Coordinator who will manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, and support project managers to ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to see projects through from beginning to end
Take minutes at meetings, receive and file project documents, create and maintain project schedules, create responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project, and compile summaries
Keep track of documents, like purchase orders, budgets, payrolls, and contracts
Work closely with project manager to ensure that project objectives are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to navigate the corporate ecosystem
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination background
Knowledge of workflow or strategy software, such as Microsoft Project and creating presentations in PowerPoint
Preferred
Financial service experience (a plus, but not required)
Technical Skills: Zoom, MS Office tools, Jira (a plus, but not required)
Understanding of agile methodology (a plus, but not required)
