Responsibilities
Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives
Manage small-to-medium capital or process projects
Develop work instructions, labor standards, and process flow
Optimize layouts, tooling, and assembly methods
Support new tools, technologies, and product changes
Provide daily production troubleshooting
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Production teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Background in assembly or similar production environments
Experience with quality tools, assembly processes, and tooling
Familiarity with engineering/MES systems
Strong communication and project leadership skills
Self-driven and comfortable on the shop floor
Preferred
Lean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S)
Ergonomics
Capital project management
CAD (Creo, SolidWorks)
PFMEA, control plans, method sheets
