Responsibilities

Create and execute exceptional learning programs – Develop workshops spanning math, science, philosophy, and creative writing while delivering 1-on-1 mentorship to 15-20 gifted students advancing at 5-10x standard pace
Identify and resolve learning barriers – Modify methodologies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional educational structures in discovering their cognitive strengths
Apply AI tools for customization
Partner and enhance – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using qualitative insights and quantitative data

Qualification

Bachelor's degreeAI tools utilizationMentorship experienceAcademic distinctionCollaboration skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or comparably ranked university
Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent accomplishment
Exceptional academic credential – Distinguished scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level instructional experience
3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
Regular AI engagement – Self-reported daily utilization of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Prepared to relocate to or work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
