Lead the quality assurance team, overseeing all testing activities to maintain product quality
Supervise the quality processes throughout all project phases including requirements review and test execution
Identify potential issues in user interfaces and workflows, highlighting risks related to technical debt and schedule slips
Manage resources and estimate project needs, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability
Collaborate with project participants in grooming sessions and status meetings, contributing as a thought leader
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in quality assurance with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in assessing applications based on risk and impact, prioritizing test execution accordingly
Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with the project team regarding project status and risks
Acquainted with leveraging resources for automation and service virtualization within QA
Preferred
Previous exposure to testing within virtual response units or contact centers
Experience in integrating primary testing methods and defect triaging strategies
Self-motivated with data-driven strategic thinking
