Responsibilities
Develop and support Functional Safety (ISO 26262) activities across the lifecycle
Perform SOTIF (ISO 21448) analysis for intended functionality and system limitations
Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA)
Define safety goals, safety concepts, and safety requirements
Support system, hardware, and software safety reviews
Work closely with system, controls, and software engineering teams
Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
Experience with SOTIF / ISO 21448
Background in automotive, off-highway, or embedded systems
Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
