Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching that converts student ambitions into consistent action and quantifiable outcomes
Leverage analytics and individual goals to identify barriers and create ambitious, personalized motivation strategies
Facilitate structured life-skills workshops through authentic storytelling, guided reflection, and practical application, then evaluate mastery
Direct daily opening sessions that establish culture, uphold high standards, and prepare students before work begins
Build trusted mentor partnerships with students and families through unwavering standards, reliability, and thoughtful judgment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
At least one demonstrable elite marker (athletics, academics, professional achievement, or elite coaching)
Proven experience in direct mentoring, coaching, or leadership that produced measurable improvements in others' performance
Comfort working in high-accountability settings with defined standards and consistent follow-through
Capability to facilitate compelling, high-rigor group sessions and coach individuals with sound judgment
Commitment to work full-time on-site at an Alpha campus: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or New York City, NY
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Track record using data and analytics to inform coaching strategies and accountability frameworks
Experience in selective organizations, high-growth startups, or elite athletic programs with demanding performance cultures
