Responsibilities

Manage medium‑complexity projects using agreed systems and project execution processes, ensuring timely delivery through SAP SD, the SAP Project Management system, our ERP system, or Extranet/E‑Trading platforms
Follow, adhere to, and promote a strong awareness of Grundfos project execution processes
Support the creation of quotations and proposals to ensure medium‑complexity projects can be delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Manage sub‑suppliers and subcontractors under existing supply agreements, ensuring alignment with service‑level expectations to deliver medium‑complexity projects to time, cost, and quality
Engage with management in developing and improving local project delivery activities
Assist Health & Safety and Quality teams in auditing and evaluating sub‑suppliers
Address customer issues as they arise, collaborating closely with the Proposals Team, Project Managers, Sales, and Service departments
Coordinate with the Proposals Team, customers, other Project Managers, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams as needed
Maintain an excellent understanding of customer requirements communicated via phone, email, or other channels
Prepare submittal packages and compile complete handover documentation according to agreed formats and standards
Demonstrate strong knowledge of product features, advantages, and benefits, and represent these professionally to customers
Support the manager in preparing detailed monthly KPI analyses and action plans, delivering them to management to help track performance goals
Effectively manage risks and opportunities across the portfolio of ongoing projects
Maintain professional conduct with customers at all times
Support the manager in working with the Finance/Credit Control team to secure on‑time payments
Assist with workshop logistics activities when required to ensure timely and accurate site deliveries

Required

Master's Degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Most likely to have 3-4 years of relevant work experience besides formal education
Proven expertise in delivering technically complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to foster productive collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP R/3, CRM, Business Warehouse)
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, SAP PS)
Demonstrated success in managing multiple medium-complexity projects simultaneously
Solid skills in project, financial, and change management, as well as facilitation
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience in Field Service and Service Coordination is a significant advantage
