Local Events Manager
Altice USA is a leader in connectivity, seeking a Local Events Manager to enhance market penetration and elevate brand presence. The role involves strategic event planning, team leadership, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with market opportunities and network expansion timelines
Create and implement “Win Local” campaigns to ensure consistent execution across various sales channels
Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, including community leaders, government officials, and event vendors
Lead and manage a team of Event Leads, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
Oversee pre-event planning, resource allocation, and on-site execution to ensure successful outcomes
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Develop coaching plans to improve execution standards and seller performance
Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, including lead generation, sales conversions, and return on investment
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to optimize event effectiveness and achieve business objectives
Work closely with Retail Sales, B2B, Field Services, and Construction teams to maximize event ROI and funnel management
Communicate project milestones, results, and insights to stakeholders and leadership
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform event strategies
Identify new event opportunities and innovative approaches to engage target audiences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in event management, sales operations, or a related area
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Background in sales, telecommunications, or community engagement preferred
