Responsibilities
Manage the admissions inbox with full ownership, delivering timely, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous care and precision
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work directly with Lead Guides to arrange shadow day schedules for prospective students
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up tasks with complete accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a related domain
2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
Keen attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and on-campus duties
Capable of adjusting swiftly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused setting
Authorized to work in the US and available to work in-person in San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA, or NYC; NY
