Ensure Partners are paid accurately and on time
Protect tax compliance across multiple states
Navigate reciprocity rules and details for payroll clarity
Maintain the integrity of the HRIS
Collaborate with the Finance team to keep records clean
Qualification
Required
3+ years of multi-state payroll processing
High proficiency in HRIS platforms (like ADP or Workday, we use Paylocity) and advanced Excel skills to organize and analyze data efficiently
A track record of meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
The ability to communicate complex tax and deduction information clearly, professionally, and with care for the Partner experience
Preferred
A CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is strongly preferred, but we value proven experience and a willingness to keep learning just as much
