Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and identify technology-driven solutions
Design and lead the implementation of solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategy and standards
Develop roadmaps and strategies to modernize systems and create a connected ecosystem
Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on business models
Communicate technical strategies across diverse audiences including executives and vendors
Ensure compliance with architectural governance, policies, and industry standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT solution development (e.g., architecture, infrastructure, Cloud, application development)
Proven experience leading complex technology programs
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, PLM, ERP, WMS)
Demonstrated skill in Agile methodologies, product management, and SDLC practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Experience developing architecture blueprints and long-term IT roadmaps
