High volume/daily collections via phone/email
Utilize industry-specific AR software applications
Invoice customer with all required documents to reduce disputes and accelerate payment
Reconciliation of cash payments
Manage the status of disputed balances in a timely manner
Research payment discrepancies, including customer contact, to attain a resolution
Back up colleagues when needed
Qualification
Required
College degree (2 years)
Two to four years in accounts receivable, collections & account resolution
Excellent Verbal & Telephone communication skills are necessary, as well as customer service and customer relationship building skills
Intermediate level of MS Excel & Office, with 10-key skills
Preferred
Transportation or logistics experience is a plus
QuickBooks and Trans Soft experience a plus
