They are seeking a full-time Client Services Analyst to assist in providing best-in-class service, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with the investment team on client account maintenance and transactions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key contact for client requests on designated client relationships
Respond to client inquiries and communications within 24 hours with most response within the same day
Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center
Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing to client for signature
Manage client account maintenance by updating client contact information as needed
Partner with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to Syon Capital’s investment team in the CRM
Complete subscription documents for alternative investments in CAIS/iCapital
Partner with the Investment team on new cash deployments and portfolio creation
Provide out-of-office coverage for other members of the client services team
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of prior experience in a client-facing role (background in high-end hospitality/retail is a plus)
Bachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA required (a degree in the Humanities is a plus)
Must obtain FINRA Series 65 within 3 months of hire
Beginner level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
A high degree of thoroughness with careful and deliberate attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A mindset that values every task, big or small
Preferred
Experience using Black Diamond, Salentica/salesforce, Schwab Advisor, and CAIS/iCapital is a plus
