Responsibilities
Lead analytical and risk-focused initiatives that uncover trends, identify root causes, and surface improvement opportunities across Retail, Care, and Express
Act as a trusted advisor to Field Sales, Operations, Commissions, Fraud, Data Enablement, and Go-to-Market teams — delivering actionable insights that improve both performance and integrity
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, risk dashboards, and scorecards that enhance visibility and decision-making at every level of the organization
Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other generative AI applications) to accelerate analysis, summarize data, and generate insights that guide leadership decisions
Craft executive-ready presentations and data narratives that distill complex analysis into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Collaborate across functions to align success metrics, risk indicators, and quality KPIs — ensuring consistent measurement and data integrity across Consumer channels
Champion innovation and enablement by developing tools, templates, and processes that empower partners to self-serve insights and identify emerging risks
Continuously monitor performance, compliance, and customer impact to drive improvement and reduce systemic risk exposure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Risk Management, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Required)
4–7 years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
4–7 years of experience reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
4–7 years of experience in advanced analytics and risk analysis (SQL, quantitative analysis, research, or competitive analysis) (Required)
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver executive-level narratives and presentations using structured communication frameworks (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with analytics tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and familiarity with AI-enabled data analysis (Preferred)
Experience in telecommunications, risk management, or cross-functional quality analytics (Preferred)
Other Business Certification (Preferred)
Business, Analytics, or Risk Management Certification (Preferred)
