They are seeking an Associate Packaging Team Utility Artist to support the Packaging team through design execution, print file preparation, and template development while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Create digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval
Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to support consistency and workflow efficiency
Execute simple packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines
Prepare and optimize print-ready packaging files in accordance with production and vendor specifications
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all packaging deliverables
Organize and manage files, versions, and documentation across multiple active projects
Communicate effectively with internal partners to support on-time and accurate delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment
High attention to detail, particularly with print and packaging assets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work
Preferred
Experience with process optimization or automation concepts
Experience with 3D tools for mockups or visualization
Understanding of print production or packaging workflows
