They are seeking a skilled Film Editor who is proficient in traditional editing tools and comfortable with AI technology to help shape and refine their creative workflows.

Responsibilities
Edit commercial, documentary, and branded content at a high level
Cut fast-turn experimental work and polished hero pieces
Help refine workflows that blend traditional post with emerging tools
Work with AI-generated video, images, audio, and mixed media
Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and leadership
Bring ideas, not just execution, to the edit
Qualification
Required
A strong editing reel that shows taste, storytelling, and restraint
Deep proficiency in traditional editing tools (Premiere, Resolve, etc.)
Comfort working with imperfect material and shaping it into something human
Experience or hands-on familiarity with AI tools in post (video, image, audio)
Curiosity, humility, and a desire to keep learning
Preferred
Experience cutting experimental or non-traditional formats
Comfort building from scratch or from loose creative direction
Interest in the intersection of story, technology, and craft
A point of view, and the confidence to defend it thoughtfully
