Responsibilities
Generate and manage monthly billing for house account clinic
Schedule and manage ACH withdrawals
Update and monitor payment methods across multiple clinic accounts
Review and balance statements to ensure accuracy
Audit invoices to detect pricing and typing discrepancies
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all billing duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Take direction effectively and work independently when required
Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal departments to resolve billing issues
Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
GED or high school diploma
Proficient in Lifefile software
Experience in a billing or accounting role (healthcare or pharmacy billing preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
