Responsibilities
Administer and support Slack Enterprise Grid and Slack Business+ environments
Perform Slack workspace migrations into an Enterprise Grid instance
Manage multiple Slack instances, including temporary or additional workspaces
Lead and support eventual migration of extra Slack instances into the primary enterprise Slack environment
Enforce Slack security policies, access methods, and compliance requirements
Manage user roles, permissions, authentication, and access controls
Oversee guest account setup, security, and lifecycle management
Provide Slack user support and resolve platform-related issues
Ensure Slack environments follow organizational security lockdown and access standards
Support migration and management of Slack applications across environments
Work with Slack APIs, including understanding tokens, scopes, and app permissions
Collaborate with security and collaboration teams to maintain platform stability and governance
Qualification
Required
