Prepare Federal and State legal documents such as pleadings (including motions, briefs, responses, complaints, etc.), and discovery related documents
Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes
Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support and assist other attorneys
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of experience in business, commercial creditor's rights, insolvency, and related litigation
Prepare Federal and State legal documents such as pleadings (including motions, briefs, responses, complaints, etc.), and discovery related documents
Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes
Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support and assist other attorneys
Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina
Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills
