The Quality Control Expert 1 will be responsible for performing quality assurance and control activities to ensure products/services meet established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products
Document inspection results, including non-conformances, using quality management systems (e.g., SAP, Trackwise, etc.)
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, or other industry standards
Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and tools
Participate in internal and external audits as needed
Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues
Prepare quality reports and trend analysis for management review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years in quality control/assurance within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, or aerospace industries
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, etc.)
Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis)
Knowledge of basic statistical techniques
Attention to detail and strong documentation practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software
Good communication and teamwork abilities
