POWERX Systems & Integration Manager

The Systems & Integration Manager is a senior technical position responsible for orchestrating complex technology integrations, leading migration projects, and problem solving escalated issues from the internal IT support team.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning of, lead, and execute complex technology integration and migration initiatives, including system consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and infrastructure transitions
Support M&A activities by overseeing onboarding of acquired entities onto enterprise IT platforms
Partner with business and functional leaders to align integration timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 tenant and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure)
Manage licensing, feature rollouts, and automation using PowerShell or Graph API
Monitor the M365 roadmap, plan phased deployments, and provide insights to leadership
Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop and maintain detailed runbooks, project plans, communication strategies, rollback procedures, and technical documentation
Ensure projects are execution-ready with clearly defined success criteria, escalation paths, and contingency plans
Lead system cutovers, coordinating cross-functional teams during go-live events
Own hypercare and stabilization phases, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal business disruption
Track post-deployment performance and drive continuous improvement actions
Provide architectural oversight for identity and access management (IAM), endpoint management, and SaaS application integrations
Evaluate and implement scalable, secure system designs aligned with enterprise standards
Oversee integration points between cloud platforms, business applications, and security tooling
Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3/4 technical issues across systems, endpoints, and enterprise applications
Support and guide the internal ticketing function while ensuring timely resolution of high-impact incidents
Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions to reduce recurring issues
Administer security tools and platforms, including endpoint protection, identity security, and monitoring solutions
Coordinate threat response activities, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Support ongoing security posture improvements, audits, and compliance initiatives
And any other duties as the company and job requires to support their evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on IT experience in diverse technology environments
Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and all its components
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure) including storage and hosting solutions
Proficiency with PC and network hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Solid understanding of networks, security best practices, and software integration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a customer service mindset
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Associate's degree in Network Administration/Computer Programming (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with migration or integration projects (M&A, system consolidations, tenant-to-tenant moves)
PowerShell or API scripting experience
Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating training content
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
Project management experience or exposure
