Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations. Leverage the CRM platform to ensure all customers and leads are engaged in a timely manner
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts, including cold-calling, product demonstrations, and product knowledge presentations
Identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis and manage your assigned territory, including planning and organizing daily sales activities, product promotions, and client visits
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand and stay up to date on our product offerings to be able to provide detailed information, benefits, and solutions to potential clients
Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations that articulate the value of our products and address client needs effectively
Successfully guide leads through the sales process, overcome objections, address concerns, and ultimately close deals to achieve or exceed sales goals

Required

Proven success in field sales within the professional skincare industry
Licensed Esthetician with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, ingredients, and industry trends
CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and a self-starter
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence
Travel: 75% travel required within the Texas territory

Licensed skincare professional referred, but not required
