PACE Loan Group is a leading direct lender in the commercial real estate financing sector. They are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern to support the Marketing team by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and engagement across their social media platforms.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing team in executing tactics that drive business and build brand awareness
Assist with creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
Draft captions and short form copy aligned with brand voice and messaging
Schedule posts using social media management tools
Monitor social channels and assist with audience engagement
Support basic graphic design and short-form video creation using tools such as Canva
Track engagement metrics, competitor content, and assist with basic performance reporting
Provide general support for marketing initiatives and special projects
Update website content, including blogs and state-specific pages

Qualification

Social media managementContent creationGraphic designWritten communicationOrganizational skills

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Basic experience with content creation or design tools preferred (Adobe Suite or similar software is a bonus)
