Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of IBM iSeries applications to support Fiserv business objectives
Translate client and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and estimates
Write, review and maintain high‑quality RPG/CL and DB2/SQL code; drive peer code reviews and CI practices
Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices
Identify, track and mitigate technical risks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Agile/Scrum)

Qualification

IBM iSeries developmentRPG/CL programmingDB2/SQLAgile/ScrumTechnical leadershipMentoring developersEffort estimationFinancial services experienceAldon exposure

Required

8+ years of enterprise software development experience
5+ years of hands‑on IBM iSeries (AS/400) development (RPGLE, CLLE, Free‑Format RPG)
3+ years working with DB2/SQL and IBM RDi in production environments
2+ years leading technical teams or mentoring developers and performing effort estimation

Preferred

2+ years of experience in financial services or core banking environments
1+ project experience with Signature core solution from Fiserv
1+ exposure to Aldon (change management) or similar release/change tools
