Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with brand partners, retailers, and local stakeholders
Support activation campaigns and social engagement strategies
Gather feedback from customers and partners to help inform brand decisions
Create content and share brand messaging in line with Venera Factory values
Educate audiences about our offerings and value proposition
Complete structured sales reports after each visit, including:
Products sold and performance insights
Client feedback and market observations
Opportunities for growth and follow-ups
Communicate field insights to internal teams to support strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years experience working in Sales (internships welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Report on weekly sales and KPI's
Passionate about brand culture and community engagement
Comfortable interacting in person and online
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Driver's license
