Responsibilities
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Qualification
Required
6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex environment while achieving high production and quality standards
Adaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levels
Creative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutions
Proficient collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levels

Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
Proficient experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: Hogan, ICOM (Integrated Cash Operations Modules), OIB (Operations Image Browser), and TrackPoint
Experience within Financial Services
Experience with cash vault services and/or currency processing within Financial Services
