Responsibilities
Will be working in administrative tasks for a sales operations team, will work professionally with email and triage over phone
May participate with helping with PowerPoint slides and excel sheets
May make updates with our data for outreach, working on standard reports, managing operational tasks like ordering office supplies or meeting notes, putting together reports and sending out emails and scheduling meetings
Qualification
Required
Administrative skills, minimum 5 years of experience required; preferable to have 1-2 years working in a marketing/sales environment within the 5+ years of experience
MS Office suite such as PowerPoint and Excel
Computer literate
Capable of managing phone traffic, email triage
Advanced communication skills are required, may interface with staff at all levels. Strong written/verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Attention to detail is required
Team player and strategic thinker working in a team-based environment
Preferred
Entertainment/media is nice to have however not required
Batchelor's degree desired
