Compose messages using proper spelling and grammar
Complete a two week training course to learn company expectations and call handling procedures
Qualification

Good communication skills
Attentive to detail
Ability to listen well
Ability to quickly read and follow written instruction
Ability to compose messages using proper spelling and grammar
Typing at least 35 words per minute
Completion of a two week training course
Availability to work overnight shift
Weekend and holiday work is required
