Responsibilities

Drive the strategic financial planning cycle (monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, annual operating plan, long-range plan) by delivering executive-ready insights and action-oriented recommendations
Translate key business drivers and leading indicators into scenarios and sensitivity analyses that inform resource allocation, pricing/mix decisions, and service contract profitability
Quantify and manage risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, and cash; recommend mitigation and upside actions with clear owners, timelines, and expected impact
Partner with commercial and operations leaders to pressure-test assumptions, align on KPIs, and frame trade-offs that protect margin and cash while enabling growth and productivity

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
If hired in the U.S.A: Minimum of 7+ years of experience of finance, accounting, or audit
If contracted in Italy: EU work permit, Fluency in English and/or Italian
If contracted in Spain: EU Work Permit, NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain
