Responsibilities

Develop and refine our multiple card account strategy and policies to achieve scale while balancing risk and profitability objectives
Launch Minimum Viable Product in first half of 2026 and scale the business in the second half
Design and execute A/B testing strategies to constantly improve customer and business outcomes
Lead cross-functional teams *(Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations)* to bring strategy to life with great customer experience and flawless execution
Partner with business leaders across functional areas to define priorities, align resources, and communicate progress to executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science)
5+ years of experience in consumer lending, driving informative risk decisions through analyses; Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience
Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems
