Responsibilities
Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyze, and forecast financial and other key business success metrics
Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives
Ad hoc support and analysis for global business units
Proactively search out ways to improve and streamline processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum seven years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization
Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy, and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
Preferred
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus
