Responsibilities
Design high-performing digital marketing assets for both B2B and DTC brands, including email graphics, digital ads, web banners, and ecommerce assets
Support the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, across product, packaging, and marketing assets
Execute assets across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards
Apply performance insights, customer feedback, and trend research to continuously improve creative output
Design within licensed brand guidelines while maintaining a cohesive internal brand look and feel
Collaborate closely with various marketing, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and business needs
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within DTC marketing, retail, or consumer goods industries
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; proven experience in digital design and art direction
Hands-on experience designing emails, digital ads, web banners, and ecommerce assets
Solid understanding of brand storytelling, customer-focused design, and DTC marketing best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback and performance needs
Experience working within shared design systems, brand guidelines, and asset management workflows
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a comparable degree, or equivalent professional experience, required
