Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience
Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions in areas such as budgeting, insurance, and retirement planning
Assist in gathering client data and documentation to support financial planning efforts
Create financial plans under the guidance of the lead Financial Advisor
Participate in client meetings to observe and contribute to the planning process
Prepare and process paperwork and workflows for account openings, transfers, and service requests
Track and follow up on submitted forms to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records for compliance and business tracking purposes
Support lead Advisor administrative team as needed
Qualification
Required
