Responsibilities
Work closely with customer HR and IT stakeholders to define end‑to‑end SuccessFactors solutions
Participate in project scoping, planning, configuration, and delivery activities
Gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
Configure SuccessFactors modules and maintain associated configuration workbooks
Support integration troubleshooting across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Coordinate with SAP Support on Level‑4 and Priority‑1 issues
Prepare project status updates and documentation
Work effectively within a global onsite/offshore model
Ensure solution design aligns with SAP Activate methodology
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
SAP SuccessFactors certification in: Employee Central (required)
SAP SuccessFactors certification in: Onboarding and/or Recruiting (required)
Hands-on experience with at least three SuccessFactors modules
Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations in EC / Onboarding / Recruiting
Minimum 2 years of production support experience
Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Experience with cross-module HR integrations
Knowledge of Core HR processes and functional design
Ability to work in a distributed delivery environment with global teams
Preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Strong documentation skills (config workbooks, solution design docs)
Prior experience supporting global HR implementations
Familiarity with SAP CPI or other integration middleware
