Responsibilities
Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care
Attend all admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on campus and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and follow-up actions remain current and accurate
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related field
2+ years in customer-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar areas
Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
High level of precision and proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing both remote responsibilities and in-person campus duties
Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
