Account Manager
Kure Creative is a Boston-area creative agency producing high-end video, photo, and social media for brands that care about community, story, and real results. As an Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships and lead the day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing for a roster of clients, translating client goals into strong creative direction and managing production and delivery with the creative team.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Lead client communications, status updates, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and next steps
Build trust with high-level clients and manage expectations with clarity and confidence
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through proactive ideas and recommendations
Develop and manage social media and content strategies aligned with client goals
Build monthly content calendars, campaign outlines, and creative briefs
Track performance and iterate based on what’s working (and what isn’t)
Direct and manage creative teams through pre-production, shoots, and post-production
Create/maintain shot lists, run-of-show outlines, interview questions, and production logistics
Ensure deliverables are on-brand, polished, and aligned with the strategy
Maintain internal accountability: deadlines, approvals, revisions, delivery
Create strong, on-brand graphics and layouts (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
Support light content creation needs (basic photo/video capture when appropriate)
Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms
Build and/or coordinate email campaigns (copy, layout, segmentation considerations, scheduling)
Support strategy for list growth, promotions, event announcements, and remarketing
Assist with planning and managing paid campaigns (primarily Meta)
Coordinate ad creative, audiences, and reporting; optimize based on performance
Collaborate with leadership on budget recommendations and creative testing plans
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in account management, social media management, marketing, or agency work
Strong project management skills (deadlines, calendars, approvals, many moving parts)
Proven ability to manage clients and communicate professionally
Creative instincts — can give feedback and elevate ideas, not just 'check boxes'
Working knowledge of social platforms + content best practices
Canva + Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) for design deliverables
Email marketing tools/workflows (platform-agnostic)
Paid ads fundamentals (Meta preferred)
Preferred
Experience directing or managing production teams
Basic understanding of video/photo production workflows
Copywriting strength for social + email
Familiarity with real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or service brands
