Responsibilities
Performing one or more functions in eligibility determination for public assistance benefits
Using intake and processing systems, utilizing NC FAST or other automated systems
Interviewing applicants, making changes to existing cases, keying applications, determining eligibility for energy assistance or other programs, and/or assisting clients at the front desk
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in a human services field or social work; OR
High School or General Educational Development (GED) test equivalency AND two (2) years related experience in human services; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined above
