Responsibilities

Assist with Personalization implementation to prioritize use cases that increase Digitally-Triggered Offline Sales (DTOS)
Identify and implement process improvements based on customer data, trends and needs of the business
Work in a cross-functional environment with Agency, IT and Business teams to identify Personalization use cases that enhance customer experience and drive business results
Track and report out key performance indicators across channels and optimize performance of Personalization use cases and audience/segmentation strategy
Define new audience and segmentation journey’s using Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
Alignment of all activities with MB Canada counterparts to advance the Personalization Program
Responsible for leading all analytics initiatives within the Personalization Program, including measurement strategies for personalization and the dynamic content supply chain

Required

Bachelor‘s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or Digital Marketing or currently pursuing Master's Degree in one of these areas
Available from February 2026 – August 2026 (with opportunity to extend in 3 month increments)
Hybrid in-person schedule, minimum 20 hours (up to a max of 30 hours) per week
Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)

Preferred

Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound decisions based on KPIs, Metrics, and performance trends
Proficient at building and maintaining strong working relationships with a prioritized focus on collaboration with multiple business units
Soft Skills: driven-to-win, open-minded, strategic-thinking, persistent, team-player, strong oral and written communication skills
Minor experience with market research sources, data analysis techniques, and methodologies from various research tools/organization
Automotive Business, Digital Marketing and Personalization, Business Management (communication, process methodology) is a Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC
