Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex product and compliance programs from concept through delivery
Serve as the strategic hub between Engineering, Compliance, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Ensure alignment, drive accountability, and keep large initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum
Build alignment early and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Program/Project Management experience in product development, specifically physical products
Experience with regulatory, compliance, and code changes
Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
Own all aspects of schedule, scope, cost, and risk management
Strong collaboration, communication, and team‑focused approach
Waterfall methodology
Budget tracking
Project management tools: Smartsheet or MS Project
Preferred
PMP certification
SAP experience
Experience bringing new products to market
Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or hardware product environments
Engineering background
