Responsibilities

Assist with faculty recruitment and onboarding by posting roles, tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities
Support credentialing processes by managing documentation, tracking application status, and monitoring licensure and certification requirements
Handle sensitive and confidential administrative matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Maintain accurate records, support departmental reporting, and assist with administrative workflows across the team
Provide general administrative support, assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, support program coordination, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required

2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally within a healthcare or higher education environment

Preferred

Familiarity with provider onboarding, credentialing processes, compliance requirements, and healthcare administrative workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with experience using applicant tracking systems, credentialing databases, or EPIC training coordination tools
