Responsibilities
Oversee daily billing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Lead, train, and support billing staff; promote a collaborative and positive team culture
Review billing reports, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls
Partner with the Controller on reporting, performance metrics, and workflow enhancements
Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, customer service, and operations teams
Maintain documentation, policies, and best practices for billing procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of billing experience
Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing standards, and reconciliation
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
