Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations across the plant
Develop, maintain and continuously improve ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems in a digital environment
Plan and conduct internal audits; prepare and lead external ISO audits
Perform risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations with CAPA follow-up
Deliver EHS training and drive safety culture on the shop floor
Track, analyze, and report EHS KPIs and audit performance
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to embed EHS into daily production activities
Develop sustainability awareness and mindset in the plant
Participate in EHS related projects
Work with digital tools
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in environmental, safety or demonstrated equivalent experience
5+ years in industrial, manufacturing, environmental or commercial occupational health and safety management experience
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local EHS regulations across the plant
Develop, maintain and continuously improve ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems in a digital environment
Plan and conduct internal audits; prepare and lead external ISO audits

Excellent communication skills
Fluency in speaking and writing English to communicate successfully with internal stakeholders of the organization
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Ability to sustain long or irregular work hours occasionally
Preferred
H&S certification (e.g. CIH, ARM and/or CSP) preferred
